Apptronik Raises $935 Million at a $5.3 Billion Valuation

Apptronik has raised $935 million in its Series A funding round, bringing its post-money valuation to approximately $5.3 billion. The round saw significant participation from B Capital, Google, Mercedes-Benz, and PEAK6, alongside AT&T Ventures, John Deere & Co., and the Qatar Investment Authority. Apptronik, headquartered in Austin, Texas, United States, was founded in 2016 by Jeffrey Cardenas, Nicholas Paine, and Bill Helmsing. In 2025, the company joined the unicorn club.
